Miranda Women's Only Bootcamp
Sheila Bootcamp Australia, Miranda is located at Seymour Shaw Park. Our women's only fitness group classes are on Wednesday night and Friday morning. The Bootcamp sessions are designed for women only. We will shape your legs,stomach, butt and arms and help you lose weight with our amazing women's bootcamp plan. The weather will not stop us from training. If it's raining, training will still go ahead. We are lucky enough to have a shelter at the park to utilise!
